- THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. THIS IS A NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, intends to negotiate an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Small Business Association (SBA) 8(a) Contract with Winn Construction-All Pro Construction Joint Venture (JV) 1-2008. This procurement will be a Sole Source award in accordance with FAR Part 19, and DFAR Part 219. Reference is made to 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(5) and 10U.S.C. 2304 (c)(5) as the authority for use of other than full and open competition. The anticipated value of this procurement is $3,500,000. This IDIQ Contract is for road maintenance and other small construction projects at Lake and River Projects, Civil Work Projects, and on levees, revetments, and dikes in the Missouri River Basin within the Kansas City District. The base period of performance shall be one year, with two option years. Anticipated Award date is on or about 6 November 2008. This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations.
