Description

CANCELLATION NOTICE: The Air Mobility Command (AMC) Vehicle Management, Maintenance and Operations TRAVIS AFB, CA, announced publicly on 28 Sep 2007, is hereby cancelled due to the following rationale: The existing operation and its employees have performed well for nearly 7 years. The original study achieved a significant manpower reduction, establishing a lean organization. A re-competition would only produce minimal efficiencies and savings in contrast with the significant costs to conduct this competition. PLEASE NOTE: No solicitation has been issued subsequent to the pre-solicitation notice for this requirement, and the Air Force will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to the Sources Sought Request for Information published on 09 Nov 2007 in connection with this requirement.
