- This action is not available for competition as the Government intends to award sole source with Note 22 under ASFI. The Government intends to award to Biosense Webster. In., a large business, 3333 S DIAMOND CANYON RD, DIAMOND BAR, CA 91765-4701 for Navistar Catheters. Parties interested in future announcements shall provide detailed information of their capability and certifications to clearly meet the requirements stated above.
