Description: The fuel nozzle is a weldedassembly, made of high nickel alloy steel, which consists of an inlet,check valve, metering valve, support and metering set. Function: Thefuel nozzle delivers a carefully calibrated, precisely patterned fuelspray for combustion in a gas turbine engine. Qualificationrequirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered foraward. Qualification requirements are available for this acquisition.These qualification requirements apply to line item(s) 0001 thru 0006.Repair Method Code: R1C. The approximate solicitation issue date is07 NOV 2008 and the estimated solicitation response date will be 08 DEC2008. The anticipated award date will be 07 JAN 2009.
