- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease office and light industrial space consisting of approximately 1,222 rentable square feet / 1,036 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet in Santa Maria, CA. Space must be contiguous and must be located on the ground floor of the building. Of the total square footage, 500 square feet are required for light industrial/garage space; a sally port rear door to the office building is required. The office space requirement must be located in a professional office area and all prospective properties must be physically located within, or front the following delineated area: North: Hidden Pines Way East: North Magellan Drive West: North Railroad Avenue South: East Donovan Road The proposed lease is for 5 years, 5 years firm and should be fully serviced. Two (2) secure, surface parking spaces are required. Industrial/garage space must be able to house a 12’ wide and 25’ long vessel. Space should be available for occupancy by September 1, 2009. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
