Description

U. S. GOVERNMENT GENERAL SERVICES ADMINSTRATION WANTS TO LEASE SPACE COLUMBIA, TN AMOUNT:The U.S. Government is seeking to lease office space consisting of approximately 1,735 BOMA usable square feet of Class A office and related space, including four (4) surface parking spaces (3 being reserved). LOCATION:Space must be located within an area bounded by or fronting on the following streets: North – Highway 6 South – James M. Campbell Blvd. East – U.S Hwy. 131 to 11th Street to Main, Main to Riverside Drive to Old Bear Drive to Old Bear Creek Road to U.S. 31 to Hwy. 6 West – Industrial Road South to James M. Campbell Blvd (Hwy 50) REQUIRED:All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Public transportation and parking must be within three blocks of the building. Contiguous space on the second floor or higher is required. A building setback is required. TERM:15 years with 10 years firm.
