- DESCRIPTION: This is a Sources Sought Notice. Reply to the Contracting Officer if you can provide the services below. Service Contract will be from date of award through 9/30/09 with 4 one year renewal options for a maintenance agreement to cover Easymag Diagnostic System. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment and materials necessary to provide a service contract on the following devices: the Easymag Diagnostic System The Vender must be an authorized OEM Dealer that is thoroughly knowledgeable and well versed in the State Of The Art Technology of the said device that service is being requested on. The vender of this agreement must be able to respond within a 4 hour timeframe. This system is mission critical to the operation and care of patients at the VA Medical center. The systems are located at the VA Connecticut Healthcare System, 950 Campbell Avenue, West Haven, CT 06516, Building #5 Rm. C209 and Bldg. 1 Rm. 1-151. Responses must be made via e-mail to William.Prenzler@va.gov by 4:00pm on Thursday, 9/30/08.
