- SOLICITATION NOTICE: The 21st Contracting Squadron, Peterson AFB, CO announces the release of the solicitation for a yearly best value lease for a digital press with copying capability at Peterson AFB. The system must be able to provide black and white and color capability in one system, interface to connect to a Top Secret Network, and reproduce existing multiple page documents or books requiring manipulation. Printing production requirements currently average 3,000 black & white and 4,000 full color pages per month. The solicitation, FA2517-09-T-6002, is being conducted under FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION and will result in award of one Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The period of performance will consist of one base-year and four one-year options, not to exceed a total of five years. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 532420, with a small business size standard of $23 million. The evaluation factor for contract award will be based on the lowest acceptable offer meeting technical capabilities for the requirement.
