- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers 12th Annual Small Business Conference (08 - 10 December 2008), at the Memphis Cook Convention Center, Memphis, Tennessee provides a unique forum for business to partner with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and pursue contract opportunities. This annual premier conference brings together small business leaders and key Corps of Engineers decision makers, who are top-level commanders in the field where acquisitions are conducted. It provides a forum for direct exchange of information and ideas among senior Corps officials and small business leaders. The Business Opportunity Fair, a very significant and unique feature of the conference, will outline future business opportunities in the Corps' commands. All Division and District Commanders with their Deputies for Small Business will be available at counseling tables, in a single room, to address issues of Small Businesses. This year the conference will have training sessions that are designed to fulfill the specific needs of Small Business. A Contractor Exposition will provide Small Businesses firm's opportunities to network with Prime Contractors and large businesses.
