- Solicitation is for the set up of an Indefinite Quantity Type Contract with a firm fix priced base period of three years and one two-year option period for a total possible contract duration of five years, if the option is exercised. This initiative contains a total of 96 NSNs and encompasses the following FSCs: 1270, 1610, 1660, 2010, 4730, 5305, 5306, 5310, 5340, 5342, 5365, 5935, 5975, 5985, 5999, and 6615. The resulting contract will be a Corporate contract with the possibility of future add on of DLRs (Depot level reparables) Terms are FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination or Origin, as applicable for each item. All items are sole source to Barry Wright, CAGE 81860. No technical data packages are available as all items have a Barry Wright part number. All requirements are for depot (DLA Direct) deliveries to any depot within the Continental U.S. The government does not have technical data available for the competitive procurement of these items.
