- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Hwy 6 West, Iowa City, IA, intends to conduct a Sole Source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302.1, with United Network for Organ Sharing, to purchase the service of having the Veterans Administrations patients listed for kidney transplants.
