- Under the authority of Public Law 104-262 and 38 U.S.C. 8153, the Great Lakes Acquisition Center is seeking quotes for Licensed Speech Language Pathologist Services. Contractor to provide the services of 1.5FTEE Licensed Speech Language Pathologist(s) to perform services at the Tomah VA Medical Center located at 500 East Veterans Street, Tomah, WI 54660. The period of performance shall be for the estimated period November 3, 2008 through January 31, 2009 with options to extend, at the discretion of the Government. All work performed under this contract will be completed on the VA grounds. This procurement is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 561320 and for the size standard for small businesses is $13.5 million. All offerors who believe they can provide the required services are encouraged to submit a response. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Items. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about October 24, 2008.
