- SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS, WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE FEDBIZOPPS website. This work will consist of providing all labor, materials, and equipment to design, furnish, install, and test alphanumeric emergency notification paging systems at Dworshak Dam, Lower Granite Lock & Dam, Little Goose Lock & Dam, Lower Monumental Lock & Dam, and Ice Harbor Lock & Dam. At each facility, the project area of coverage shall include the Powerhouse, Navigation Lock, Fishways, all galleries, Juvenile Fish Facility, Warehouses, outbuildings, and parks and beaches. The system shall be accessed by telephone for numeric input and by a PC interface for alphanumeric input. In addition, the paging system shall interface with the existing two-way radio system at each facility. A distributed antenna system shall be installed such that both the paging system and the two-way radio system will utilize the same antenna for extended coverage. Training for facility personnel is also be provided. The Walla Walla District intends to award this as a Requirements Contract, Fixed-Price Supply Commercial Acquisition, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 13. ADMIN INFO: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621. Solicitation is Unrestricted. For reporting purposes a business, is considered a small business if its annual average gross income does not exceed $12.5 million under this NAICS code.
