- The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Contracting Department intends to acquire, on a sole source basis, an annual membership to the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers. The NAICS Code is 813920 and the Small Business Size Standard is $7.0M. The period of performance is one year and begins on 09 November 2008. The proposed sole source contractor is the Society of Professional Engineers. The proposed firm fixed price contract action is for items for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all information received within five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion o! f the Government.
