- To provide residential research inpatient beds to individuals participating in NIDA approved clinical studies. These inpatient beds would be provided on an as-needed basis, dictated by study protocol. Nursing services will be included as part of the inpatient bed coverage. At times, specialized nursing services may be required for those individuals participating in protocols that require consecutive nights accommodations.
