- Intent is to solicit an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) consisting of one (1) base year and four (4) option years. This will be a multi item IQC with the following NSNs included: 4020-01-500-5765, 4020-01-500-5766 and 4020-01-500-5779. Offers will be evaluated on Low Price/Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. All deliveries are to be DLA Direct (Stock) to a CONUS DLA Depot. Drawings are NOT available. The solicitation will be posted on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) AFTER 11/15/08. Copies of the solicitation can be obtained AFTER 11/15/08 by accessing: http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. Please do not call for solicitation copies. Notes 13, 22 & 26 apply.
