- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The government intend to award on a sole source basis to DEPUY MITEK., under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(i) This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. These implants and instrumentations will be used for ACL reconstructions. A written solicitation will not be issued. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be available.
