- Washington Headquarters Service, Acquisition and Procurement Office (WHS/A&PO) is requesting quotes. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13.5. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being issued on a brand name or equal basis. Vendors should note that the funds are not available at this time therefore no award will be made until funds is received. The delivery address is: Attn: Layla Abney 1155 Defense Pentagon, Rooms 3C842 & 3C843 Washington, DC 20301 The copiers must be delivered within (5) five business days. The period of performance for the maintenance will be from date of award through 12 months. The contractor shall provide the following brand name or equal items on a firm fixed price basis: a.) Qty 1: WorkCentre 5675 Specs: Black & White Copier Minimum 75 copies per minute black and white Auto Duplex Auto reduction and enlargement Convenience Stapler Three -hole punch Finisher with multi-position staple Minimum 50 sheet staple capacity on finisher Minimum 100 sheet staple capacity on convenience stapler Duplexing auto document feeder minimum 200 sheet capacity Adjustable paper drawers – up to 11x17 Minimum paper capacity 8,000 sheets One year full service maintenance contract to include all toner, staples, PM parts, and repair parts. Should include 50,000 copies per month and no charge for overages. b.) Qty 1: WorkCentre 7655 Specs: Color Copier Minimum 50 copies per minute black and white Minimum 25 copies per minute color Print function Scanning function (to e-mail and send to folders) Auto Duplex Auto reduction and enlargement Convenience Stapler Three -hole punch Finisher with multi-position staple Minimum 50 sheet staple capacity on finisher Minimum 100 sheet staple capacity on convenience stapler Duplexing auto document feeder minimum 150 sheet capacity Adjustable paper drawers – up to 11x17 Minimum paper capacity 8,000 sheets One year full service maintenance contract to include all toner, staples, PM parts, and repair parts. Should include 25,000 copies per month black and white and 10,000 copies per month color and no charge for overages. Award will be made based on the lowest priced technically acceptable quote for the commercial items required on an all or none basis. Quotes for used copiers will be acceptable. A description of the items being offered in sufficient details to evaluate compliance with the items listed within. This may include product literature, or other documents. Responses must be submitted via email to the Point of Contact listed below. Quoters must identify the Title, Two Copiers, in the Subject Line of the email. Quoters are advised to submit electronic documents early and confirm successful transmission/receipt.
