- The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 4,220 of office and related use space, including 14 parking spaces in Albany, N. Y. The space should yield a minimum of 3,670 and a maximum of 3,800 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: Albany Shaker Road East: Osborne Road South: Sand Creek Road West: Wolf Road The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm cancelable after five (5) years on 90 days written notice. The proposed lease shall be fully serviced and meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
