Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT General Services Administration Seeks Leased Space in Doral, FL REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks to lease 11,930 Rentable Square Feet, yielding 10,374 ANSI BOMA OFFICE AREA Square Feet of office and related use space. The Government requires a fully serviced lease. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Subleases are not acceptable. DELINEATED AREA: •North: NW 58th St. •South: NW 12th St. •East: SR826 •West: Florida Turnpike REQUIRED: Space should be located on the second floor or above preferably. Showers are also required within the space or within close proximity. Fifty – six (56) on-site assigned surface spaces are required. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The space must be within the same building and contiguous on the same floor. Any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building’s ownership. Include whether the site is located in a flood zone and if so, please indicate the type of zone. LEASE TERM: Term is for 18 months, with one year firm and the Government having cancellation privileges after the one year on 60 days notice. Proposed occupancy date is December 15, 2009 or earlier if feasible. OWNERS/AGENTS: Interested parties should submit pertinent information no later than December 3, 2008 by 6:00pm EST. We plan to conduct the market survey on December 15th.
