- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) #FE461082409800. Submit written offers - quote template provided upon request. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (www.bpn.gov). This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-27 and DFARS Change Notice 20081020. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 333210 and Size Standard 500 employees apply to this procurement. Project Number: FE461082409800 Project Title: Controlled compound mitre sliding table saw 1. Vandenberg AFB solicits quotes for one Martin T 74 Automatic Compound Mitre Sliding Table Saw or equal. Specifications are attached. 2. Proposed equipment shall be: • Sliding table saw • Fully automatic • 7.5hp • Readouts must be in inches • Scoring saw must be electronically controlled • Must have three (3) axes • Must have electronic crosscut fence and mitre • Length of sliding table must be 118" • Cutting width must be 53" • Saw must be digitally controlled. • Machine must have a fiber/concrete compound frame and base. • Please note any warranties and manuals that are included. 3. Quote shall conform to the CLIN structure as established in this synopsis/solicitation. A quote template is available upon request. 4. Quotes shall be valid for 30 days after close of solicitation.
