- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12. Using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial Items and authority of FAR 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes a combined synopsis/solicitation and is the ONLY notice that will be issued. A hard copy of the solicitation is included in the attachment. This combined synopsis/solicitation shall be posted on NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). This acquisition is for no-mask conforming anode fixtures in an effort to maintain existing fixtures currently in place at the Naval Aviation Depot North Island San Diego CA. The RFQ number is N00244-09-T-0040. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-23. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. Negotiations are to be conducted solely with Advanced Tooling Corporation Under the authority of 10 USC 2304(1) as cited in FAR 6.302-1 due to data and patents owned by Advanced Tooling Corporation. The applicable NAICS: 336413, business size 1,000 employees. Submit proposals directly to FISC San Diego, Code 240, Attn. Nick Giacalone, 937 N.
