ELX 808 Absorbance Microplate Reader, powerwave reader for data collection, analysis and output tools, Installation & training for equipment, Basic field service agreement, Field warranty upgrade and Basic depot service agreement. Submit faxed quotations to Purchasing Section, at (612) 336-3554, Attention Carol Dingess. Quotations are due by November 17, 2008 by 4:00pm local time. Simplified procedures will be used as well as commercial item acquisition regulations per FAR12. A firm fixed price purchase order will be awarded. Small business set aside under NAICS Code: Small Business Size: $5 million. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
