This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: The government will use Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. For this solicitation, use zip code 31324 to calculate transportation costs, if applicable. Transportation charges will be evaluated on the basis of the lowest overall cost to the government. The government considers technical acceptability as a contractor providing the requested equipment with all of the accessories included in their quotation.
