Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued as solicitation, FA2517-09-T-6006. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26. (iv) This acquisition is being procured as other than full and open competition for Brand Name only. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541512 and the size standard is $25 million. A single award will be made as a result of evaluation of quotes. As part of your quote, you are required to fill out the requirements listing as written below mirroring line item, quantity, unit, part number, description, price and total extend price information; otherwise your quote will be considered non-responsive. (v) The following commercial items listing are requested. The items required below are procured as Brand Name only. (See attached "Infinistream Sniffer - Item Listing" for specific brand name items and part numbers for this requirement) (vi) The commercial items listed are for Infinistream Sniffer Support and Maintenance for existing hardware and software from date of award to 11 October 2009. (vii) All items listed shall be priced and delivery be FOB destination to Peterson AFB, CO and required delivery is the date of award. (viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. (JUNE 2008) (ix) The provision at FAR 52.212-2(a) Evaluation--Commercial Items (a) (JUNE 1999), applies to this acquisition. Evaluation will be based on lowest price meeting the Brand Name and Part Numbers listed. (x) The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification--Commercial Items (JUNE 2008), applies to this acquisition. All vendors must be registered in Online Representations and certifications (ORCA) (https://orca.bpn.gov)) at the time of Quote submittal. (xi) The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (FEBRUARY 2007), applies to the acquisition.
