- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, a quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is an intention for sole source to Idaho Technologies. Offers shall be evaluated based on the factors contained in the solicitation and award will be made based on the offer which is most advantageous to the Government (i.e. best value). The solicitation document and incorporate provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-27 (24 Oct 2008) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement change notice 20081020. It is the offeror's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. The requirement is for the following: 20 Each: QFLOW DNA Sample Prep Kit, Item #: ASAY-ASY-0503; 20 Each: QFLOW RNA Sample Prep Kit, Item #: ASAY-ASY-0504. Please include shipping with the quote.
