- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 20,100 rentable square feet in Albany, New York bounded as follows: North: Clinton Avenue; East: Broadway; South: Madison Avenue; West: Route 9W. The space should yield between 17,477 to 18,350 ANSI/ BOMA Office Area square feet. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, cancellable by the Government after the fifth year. Surface parking for 2 vehicles is required. Single floor occupancy is preferred, however space will be considered on no more that 2 contiguous floors with a 60/40 split. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility in accordance with Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) and include all services and utilities.
