Description

AMENDMENT #1 TO RFQ-09-0029 - The purpose of this Amendment #1 is to extend the due date to no later than 2:00pm EST November 6, 2008, to revise Section H, entitled "OTHER" and to respond to questions. See the attached document entitled, "Questions and Answers #1" for responses to questions. Section H. OTHER of the RFQ is hereby revised as follows: Add: 5. The Government reserves the right to modify the list of Press components identified in Section D as "Ship to Landover, MD". The Government will work with the Contractor if any such changes occur. Additional Instructions: Offerors should provide pricing for Delivery based upon two (2) scenarios: 1.) Only the Print Unit is required to be shipped to Landover, MD and 2.) All the Press components identified in Section D as "Ship to Landover, MD" are required to be shipped to Landover, MD. Offerors are also reminded to ensure to provide pricing for both scenarios in regards to the Disposal/Recycling services; 1) providing this service or 2) not providing this service. Based on the nature of this RFQ and the short period of time before the due date, questions will not be responded to after the issuance of this Amendment.
