- The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 6,159 rentable square feet along with 4 parking spaces in Yuma, AZ within the following delineated area: North: W. First Street East: S. First Avenue or further to S. Madison Avenue South: W. Court Street or further to City Plaza West: S. Third Avenue The space should yield between 5,356 to 5,891 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm and should be fully serviced. The space will be used by the Government to house personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The space must be in an office building and section of the city that is professional in appearance, well-maintained, and of modern design and/or tastefully rehabilitated to modern use with access to public transportation. The space must meet or be capable of being altered to meet the Government’s requirements for accessibility and seismic safety and not be located in a 100 year flood plain. Offers must be submitted by owner(s) or by authorized representatives of the owner(s) only. The Government seeks occupancy no later than December 1, 2009.
