This notice serves as a SOURCES SOUGHT announcement only. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this notice is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Responses to this notice are not an offer and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. At this point in time the BEP is conducting market research to seek sources that have the capability to provide the services described in the attached draft Statement of Need. THIS IS A DRAFT STATEMENT OF NEED AND THEREFORE CAN CHANGE. 322299, 424130 and 541850 are NAICS codes that may apply to this type of work. Interested parties should submit in their response to this notice the following information; 1.Service/Capability literature in performing this type of work. 2.References of previous work that is similar to the requirement. 3.Point of Contact information. 4.Indication whether considered a small or large business and NAICS code 5.If available, any readily available commercial pricing information (e.g. catalog price list) Interested parties shall send their response to the attn of Thomas O'Linn and Dave Mork via e-mail Thomas.olinn@bep.treas.gov and david.mork@bep.treas.gov or fax at (202)-874-2200.
