- THIS SYNOPSIS IS MODIFIED AS FOLLOWS: THIS PROCUREMENT ACTION IS CANCELED, THIS SYNOPSIS IS CANCELED IN IT'S ENTIRETY. THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE NSN: 1615-00-201-3782 GA; Nomenclature: Shield Assembly, Main, Part Number: 204-012-116-003, Bell Helicopter Textron Inc. DIMENSIONS (approx): 4" (H) x 2" (W) x 4" (L). Weight (approx): 1 lbs. PREDOMINANT MATERIAL OF MANUFACTURE: Aluminum Alloy/plastic. Only newly manufactured materials will be considered. FORM/FIT/FUNCTION: The item is a shield assembly that is located in the main rotor hub assembly. Basic Qty: 49 each consisting of 1 EA first article, 48 EA production quantity, and 1 LO first article data package. Option Quantity: Within Basic Year Option Quantity of 1 - 200 each, First Out Year Option quantity of 1 - 200 each, Second Out Year Option quantity of 1- 200 each. DESTINATION: First Article to and Production Quantities (basic and Options) to Robins AFB, GA, 1 LO FIRST ARTICLE DATA PACKAGE to: 580 ACSG/GFEAC, ATTN: Steven Lamb, 235 Byron Street, Suite 19A, Robins AFB, GA 31098. DELIVERY SCHEDULE: 1 each First Article - 60 days After Receipt of Contract; Test Report - 60 Days After Receipt of Contract; 48 each Production Quantity - 6 months after First Article Approval.
