- This is sole source to Hartwell Corporation Inc. (Cage Code 83014). Reference Authority: 10 U.S.C.2301(c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Requirement is Firm Fixed Price for NSN: 1560-00-795-0970, P/N: H481-2, Noun: Latch Assembly, Door. This requirement is to obtain needed spares, APPL: To the UH-1N & TH-1H aircraft. The requirement includes a basic quantity of 15 EA, with a Within Year Option of 1-20 EA. A complete data package is not available to allow alternate sources to complete. The Government does not own the technical data. Only new material will be considered. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation; request a solicitation from http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Approximate issue date of solicitation is 2 Nov 2008.
