Description

GSA, FAS intends to establish a “not to exceed” one year Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for National Stock Number (NSN) 8030-01-320-4710. The SPQ period will be 11/17/2008 (or date of award) to 11/16/2009 (or one year from the start date). All offers for this SPQ are to be FOB origin with a 30-day delivery. Clauses that apply to all GSA Heartland Global Supply, open market orders apply to this SPQ. Award will be based on price and deliver. Quantities are estimates based on the last three years usage.
