Description

This solicitation is for the procurement of a DISPOSABLE LATEX MEDICAL GRADE GLOVE, identified as National Stock Number 8415-00-559-5613, and YELLOW RUBBER MULTI-PURPOSE GLOVES, identified as National Stock Numbers (NSNs) 8415-01-463-5927, 8415-01-463-5928, and 8415-01-463-5934 under a Requirements Contract. Item Purchase Descriptions for the (4) NSNs are included in the solicitation for your review and compliance. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY. Offerors must meet the conditions listed in the solicitation and award will be made based on the lowest evaluated price, technically acceptable offer. Please forward printed specifications of the items you are offering along with your completed solicitation. Return all 48 pages of the solicitation. A sample may be requested to be delivered overnight. If the offeror is not the manufacturer, a commitment letter from the manufacturer is required for consideration. Please have this letter ready for submission with your offer so the award is not delayed. In accordance with FAR 25.502(b)(3), if there are no offers of U.S.-made or designated country end products, the Contracting Officer may consider products from non-designated countries. A NON-AVAILABILITY DETERMINATION REGARDING U.S. OR DESIGNATED COUNTRY PRODUCTS HAS BEEN MADE. Offers may be submitted notwithstanding country of origin. This award will serve as a one-year base requirements contract with (4) one-year option periods to extend the term of the contract. These items are Essential Business Items (EBIs) and it is essential to have this procurement awarded as quickly as possible without delay.
