Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W912TF-09-Q-0505, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-04. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 532490 and the small business size standard is 6.0M. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; Lease 1 loader for snow pushing. Case Model 821B or John Deere Model 644G 4YD LOADER. Bucket size will be equipped with a JRB coupler compatible to fit the coupler end the NH Air National Guard has on their snow pushers. The loader will be delivered by November 30, 2008 and will be picked up no earlier than April 30, 2009, unless approved by the contracting office for an earlier pick-up for a total of approximately 24 weeks. Delivery is the responsibility of the rental agency and is included in the cost of the loader. Upon delivery, the loader shall be ready to adapt the snow pusher and begin operation on the New Hampshire Air National Guard apron. The rental agency will provide a 24 hours emergency service with no longer than four (4) hours for a service response time and repaired within 24 hours. The agency will include all necessary emergency contract information. Invoicing will be done in WAWF on a monthly basis., FOB: Destination for delivery to 157 ARW NHANG, 302 Newmarket Street Pease ANGB, Newington, NH 03801-2886. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable.
