Description
The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE), intends to procure a Ground Radio Maintenance Automatic Test System (GRMATS). The GRMATS is a digital, software-defined automatic radio test system. The GRMATS will be used for test and diagnostic functions for both current and future software-defined, tactical radios. This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement. It is anticipated that a maximum of 700 GRMATS units will be required (base and option quantities). A two phase evaluation process will be utilized. Only the highest rated firms will be selected to advance toPhase II, which will require a GRMATS demonstration unit. It is also anticipated that the GRMATS requirement will include, but not necessarily be limited to, a current system solution; GRMATS first article test units; operator, intermediate maintenance, and programmer training; engineering and logistics support; training curriculum; test plans and reports; logistics management information; and calibration information. This procurement is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a proposal. NAICS code 334515 applies. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued in the near future. The solicitation will be available to interested parties through both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) and Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) websites. It is the responsibility of interested parties to independently monitor both websites for updates to any and all documents. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading a copy of the solicitation and amendmen! ts, if any. In order to be eligible for award, interested parties must be registered into the Central Contractor Database (CCR). The website for CCR is http://www.ccr.gov.
