Description: The Contractor shall provide the use of the Contractor's cardiac catheterization lab for the performance of identified procedures. This solicitation is inclusive of the use of the cardiac catheterization lab along with supplies, and support staff. The VA will provide the physicians to perform the procedures and implantables such as pacemakers, ICDs and leads. Any implantable provided by the VA shall come to the Contractor in sterile packaging delivered by the vendor representative. Stents shall be supplied by the Contractor. In order to provide emergent and timely care, the Contractor's facility must be located within a thirty (30) mile radius of the VA, which is located in Mountain Home (Johnson City), Tennessee. The CPT Codes applicable to this potential Requirement are listed in the attached Xcel Spreadsheet Titled: "Cardiac Catherization Lab Services CPT Codes".
