- Description
- The work consists of the lease of of equipment, including operating personnel and supplies, as applicable in order to aid in filling scour holes and breaches resulting from the June 2008 flood. The following equipment is required, two tractors; crawler type, minimum engine horsepower of 165, equipped with hydraulically operated bulldozer blade of minimum 108 inch width, one hydraulic excavator backhoe, crawler mounted, minimum flywheel horsepower of 225, minimum operating weight of 75,000 pounds, minimum track shoe width of 24 inches, and minimum 3 cubic yard rated bucket capacity with minimum 3 cubic yard bucket, and two dump trucks, off highway type, end dump, minimum 16 cubic yard capacity. The solicitation will be posted to www.fbo.gov on Friday, November 7, 2008. Proposals will be due on Wednesday, November 12, 2008 at 1200 noon.
