Description

The United States Army CECOM Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC), Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703, intends to award a modification to increase the ceiling of existing contract W15P7T-06-D-M605, with Raytheon Company, 2501 West University Drive, McKinney, Texas 75070 by $20,814,030 to enable additional Delivery Orders (DOs) to be issued for spare parts for AN/PAS-13A and AN/PAS-13B Thermal Weapon Sights. This contract modification will be issued in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Reliable Source under Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Contract W15P7T-06-D-M602.
