Description

Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to conduct a sole source procurement with Audimation Services, Inc for the maintenance of IDEA software. The software includes upgrades, support and maintenance. This is not a Request for Quote and no solicitation will be publicized. The Government intends to solicited only one source under the authority FAR13.106-1(b). This acquisition is being solicited and awarded in accordance with FAR 13. Interested parties may provide a written response to this Notice, to be received by the IRS by no later than 2:00 P.M. (EST), November 13, 2008. Responses that clearly demonstrate the ability to meet all requirements and that it is more advantageous to the Government will be considered. However, the final award decision lies solely with the Government in this matter. Any questions should be directed to Margaret Baker, Contract Specialist, (in writing) via e-mail:Margaret.Baker@irs.gov. If no written responses are received that clearly demonstrate the ability to meet all requirements and that it is more advantageous to the Government, the IRS will negotiate and award a contract on a sole source basis to Audimation Services, Inc.
