This posting is to satisfy the publication requirements for Brand Name Justifications and is for information purpose only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR A QUOTE. The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL/RZAT), Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, requires brand name Tecplot 360 perpetual facility licenses General Services Administration, Federal Acquisition Service, Assisted Acquisition Services located at 1710 Corporate Crossing, Suite 3, O’Fallon, IL 62269, issued a RFQ to the prime contractors on the National Aeronautical and Space Administration (NASA) Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) IV Multiple Award IDIQ, Contract Groups C and D. The RFQ was issued on 7 November 2008 via the GSA Information Technology Solution (ITSS) procurement portal. The closing date for quotes is 13 November 2008. The instructions to offerors and bill of materials are only available to the prime NASA SEWP IV contractors (groups C and D) via GSA ITSS.
