- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE - HSCG83-09-B-3WG033 Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to construct storage area at US Coast Guard Maritime Security Response Team, Chesapeake, VA. Major areas of work include: Excavate approx 550 CY of material. Install 325 LF of new reinforced 1’ X 2’ footer and 4,400 SF of reinforced concrete slab, 12” in. thick. Remove approx. 35 SY of asphalt pavement and excavate approx 250 LF of 1’ -6” wide X 2’-6” deep trench for new conduit runs. Install approx 750 LF of new 2” diameter PVC conduit and all wiring, breakers and accessories for electrical applications. Backfill and compact approx 250 LF of trench for conduit runs and install approx 35 SY of asphalt pavement. The contractor must complete 25% of the work with its own workforce. Estimated period of performance is 63 days after Notice to Proceed. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $14.0M. This procurement is set aside for small businesses only. This procurement is estimated between $100K and $250K. NO TELEPHONE OR WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS OR POSTING STATUS.
