Description

Dear Prospective Offerors, Battelle Memorial Institute, Pacific Northwest Division (Battelle), is interested in receiving proposals for a UV-Raman Spectrometer to obtain Raman vibrational spectra from materials to determine composition of materials and characterize structure property relationships needed in connection with Battelle's management, operation, and maintenance of the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) at Richland, Washington, under Prime Contract DE-AC05-76RL01830. Information regarding the goods required and instructions for the preparation and submission of proposals are contained in the attached RFP. Request for clarification should be submitted by e-mail to Mauri Tionko at mauri.tionko@pnl.gov or (509) 375-5973. Proposals must be submitted and received by Battelle no later than 3:00 PM (PST), on November 21, 2008.
