Description

Wildlife Services (WS), Aviation Program requires the use of various Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as part of safety guidelines for the program. This procurement includes 3 items that are considered PPE by WS, Aviation. •Military Style Nomex IIIA Flight Suits (Royal Blue, Long Sleeve, 50z Twill Weave) •Nomex Flight Gloves (Black) •Pilot Skull Caps Submit faxed quotations to Purchasing Section, at (612) 336-3554, Attention Carol Dingess. Quotations are due by December 3, 2008 by 4:00pm local time. Simplified procedures will be used as well as commercial item acquisition regulations per FAR12. A firm fixed price purchase order will be awarded. Small business set aside under NAICS Code: 315225 Small Business Size: $5 million. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
