- Description
- Design Project 557-09-101, 15B Cultural Transformation. Professional A/E services are required to prepare construction drawings and specifications, construction estimates, and provide construction period services. This project will provide for the renovation of the second floor of Building 15 (15B) to allow expansion of the 13B Acute Care Unit. The renovation of 15B will provide patients with private and semi-private bedrooms and bathrooms to improve quality of life features for the veterans and their families. Scope of work includes installation of medical gas and nurse call system. The estimated construction budget is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The area for consideration for this acquisition is restricted to a 250-mile radius of Dublin, GA. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541310. The small business size standard is $4,500,000 in annual gross revenues averaged over the past three years. Interested firms must submit two copies of SF 330 with appropriate documentation to Angela White, Contracting Officer (557/10F/NCA), Carl Vinson VA Medical Center, 1826 Veterans Blvd., Dublin, GA 31021 by close of business December 10, 2008. This is not a request for proposals. No material will be issued and no solicitation package or bidder/plan holder list will be issued. This procurement is set aside for Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. See numbered note 29.
