Description

A003: Response date is changed from November 14, 2008 to read 2:00pm December 05, 2008. Deliveries or Performance is changed from: "... on or about January 30, 2009" to read: approximately 3-weeks from date of vendor arrival back from trip to Turkey." Contract Clauses: FAC 2005-23 dated 12/23/2007 is changed to read: FAC 2005-27 dated 10/17/2008. Remove all of attachment documents inclusive old SF1449, Payment Terms, Scope of Work w/annexes. Insert attachment document labeled Amendment A003 Attachment. Please note that changes were made throughout the requirement therefore carefully review the attachment. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
