Description

The General Services Administration currently leases 9,344 rentable square feet of office space with 4 reserved parking spaces in El Monte, CA. GSA intends to negotiate a fifteen (15) year, ten (10) year firm lease at the current location, with an increase of 2,483 rentable square feet. GSA, however, will consider other buildings, provided they meet the criteria in this announcement and can prove overall cost effectiveness when considering relocation costs of furniture and telecommunications, tenant improvements, and other factors. Any other buildings to be considered must be located within the city of El Monte. The space should yield approximately 10,284 BOMA usable square feet. Surface parking is required for 4 vehicles. The proposed lease should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than September 1, 2009. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
