Description
DESCRIPTION: LUBRICATING COOLER NSN: 2935-01-394-8316NZ, P/N4080269 applicable to the F100-220 engine - Design Controlled. DIM: 7.25" Width X 9.50" Height X 15+" Length: 11.75 Empty Weight. The fuel oil cooler uses fuel to cool engine oil through heat exchange. The oil cooler is mounted to the front of the fan duct at the 5 Oclock position. Material: Predominately cast Aluminum Alloy INTERCHANGEABLE P/N - 4080107 -SEREK AVIATION or P/N: 4065924 - Triumph Thermal Systems 3 Year Requirement - BEQ ‘s as follows - FY09 BEQ 16 each, FY10 BEQ 35 each, FY11 BEQ 13 each DESTINATION: Tinker AFB REQUIRED DELIVERY: 5 per month beginning 30 Jan 2009 Acquisition of this item is restricted to the sources specified on the Source Control drawing. NUMBERED NOTES: 26. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. COMMAND NOTE: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
