- This is a solicitation for commercial items. This solicitation is being issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ) # DOL092J10233 in accordance to FAR Part 13, NTE 98,803.00. One (1) year Canon Fax Maintenance for two (2) machines, Term: December 1,2008 –November 30, 2009, Serial Numbers: UYP71271 and UYP71273, Model #: LC3170. Period of Performance is 12/01/2008 – 11/30/2009 (1yr); Delivery shall be 45 days ARP, FOB Destination Washington, DC. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting quotations. The Government will consider all quotes received within the 5 business days after the publication of this synopsis. The purchasing activity is not responsible for locating or securing any information which is not identified in the quotation and reasonably available to the purchasing activity. All Quotes shall be e-mailed to Amanda Marsh; marsh.amanda@bls.gov, no later 12:00.p.m. EDT 11/18/2008. If your response is not received by the date/time specified in the announcement, it will not be considered.
