- GSA, FAS intends to establish a “not to exceed” one year Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for National Stock Number (NSN) 5130-00-889-8991, estimated 1-year quantity 100 EA. All offers for this SPQ are to be FOB destination. All clauses that are applicable to orders issued for GSA Stock / warehouses will apply to orders issued against this SPQ, including the Buy American Act and Palletization clauses.
